The first step in your healing journey begins with a thorough live consultation. During this session, we will review your health history, symptoms, goals and concerns. If necessary we will order a functional testing kit to gain further insight into the root cause of your health issues. By the end of this consultation, you will receive a personalized protocol with actionable first steps to implement to initiate progress.

2. Gut Restore Roadmap
After receiving your test results, we will schedule a follow up to analyze the results and go over what I refer to as The Gut Restore Roadmap. This comprehensive roadmap will outline a systematic approach that you'll follow for the next few months to restore your gut health and enhance your overall well-being. The plan will consist of tailor-made dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations, accompanied by supplementary resources such as meal plans, recipes, food lists, sleep guides, and more..
3. Maintenance Plan
We’ll meet two more times to celebrate wins, address roadblocks, and make sure your plan is still allowing you to heal and reshape your life. You’ll have access to my online discounted dispensary for all your supplement needs.
4. Sustainability
Upon the conclusion of our program, you will receive a personalized maintenance plan tailored to your needs. This plan will encompass ongoing support for your Gut Health, incorporating recommendations for supplements, lifestyle adjustments, and dietary guidelines. It aims to provide you with long-term strategies to sustain and nurture your gut health journey.
